Happy Valley Oktoberfest Returns With Food, Music And Fall Fun (Photo) - 10/02/26

Fall fun is taking over Happy Valley Park as Happy Valley Oktoberfest returns Saturday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m. for a full day of food, music, entertainment and activities for all ages.

This FREE, family-friendly celebration brings the community together for a full day of Oktoberfest traditions, activities and entertainment. Festival-goers can enjoy live German music, grab a bite from a variety of food vendors, browse local vendor booths, or stop by the beer garden for a refreshing beverage.

There’s plenty for families to enjoy throughout the day, including a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, wagon rides, games and activities. Guests can also cheer on the always entertaining Wiener Dog Races, test their appetite during the pie eating contest, or watch adults 21 and older put their strength to the test during the Paulaner Stein Hoisting Contest.

Happy Valley’s Youth Entrepreneur Program will also be part of the festivities. Young entrepreneurs from the community will have booths featuring their handmade products, giving attendees a chance to shop local while supporting the next generation of small business owners.

Make a Plan for Your Ride

To help festival-goers plan ahead, Happy Valley Parks and Recreation is partnering with Uber and Lyft to offer a $10 ride credit for travel to or from Oktoberfest. Attendees can use the special QR code provided by the city to access the ride offer. Credits are available while promotional funds last and are valid for rides to or from Happy Valley Park on Oct. 3.

Whether you come for the German music, great food, beer garden, dog races, pumpkins or simply a fun fall day with family and friends, there’s something for everyone at Happy Valley Oktoberfest.
