Get Ready: The Gresham Arts Festival Back For Year 21 - 07/14/23
GRESHAM, Ore. – The 21st annual Gresham Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, July 15 from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. at the Gresham Arts Plaza located at 488 Northeast 3rd Street, Gresham. The City of Gresham invites the community to meet, browse, and shop from a select group of juried Pacific Northwest artisans ranging from painters, potters, and sculptors to woodworkers, photographers, jewelers, and more. This free community event also features live music and cultural performances all day, plus over 100 shops and restaurants downtown.
“The Gresham Arts Festival is one of this community’s most beloved events,” said City Manager Nina Vetter. “We’re grateful for the sponsors, volunteers, and staff that come together to make this event possible year after year and excited to highlight the beauty and richness Gresham has to offer.”
The Gresham Arts Festival features over 125 local and regional artists filling the Arts Plaza square with unique handcrafted art in over a dozen mediums. This year, the Arts Festival also includes the Rising Artists corner to support talented local youth artisans as well as a Local Legends corner for more than 20 Gresham-based artists. Also included in the festivities is the Kids Village, featuring face painting, make-and-take crafts, bouldering with Rock Haven Climbing Gym, magical princess visits, bounce houses, and more.
