The City of Fairview is proud to announce the 2022 Fairview on the Green summer festival. This will be the 14th year of this annual event and community tradition. The festival is Saturday, July 30th in Fairview Community Park, 21600 NE Park Lane. It will kick off at 10:00 AM with the popular free Kids’ Zone, plus over 35 vendors, including great food vendors, as well as free entertainment, Chalk the Walk (sidewalk art contest), beer & wine garden, and much more.

There will be Pirates on the Green from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, when BilgeRats & Pyrettes will take to the stage to delight the audience with an interactive, fun, family-oriented pirate band show.  Scott Tom, DJ extraordinaire, will keep everyone entertained with music and fun games, with prizes throughout the day. The Wilkes Bailet Folklorico and the Aztec Dance Group will each perform in the afternoon. The band Remedy will play from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This high energy dance band will be playing the best of the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s and promises a good time for all.

Admission is free and all are welcome. Free ADA parking is provided next to the event. For the general public, free on-street parking is available nearby.  TriMet’s 77 Broadway/Halsey bus line has a stop just three blocks away.  For more information on this signature event go to FairviewOregon.gov/FOG2022 or contact Devree Leymaster with the City of Fairview.
