The City of Astoria is seeking qualified individuals or non-profit organizations to apply for the attached Request For Proposals (RFP) for the City of Astoria Arts Program Development.
Completed proposals must be submitted to the City Manager's Office no later than 5:00 PM on December 9, 2024. Proposals may be submitted electronically via email to rquigley@astoria.gov or a hard copy titled “City of Astoria Arts Program" may be submitted to: City Manager's Office, 1095 Duane St, Astoria OR 97103. The City of Astoria has completed a water service line inventory as required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR), which mandates all water systems to identify any lead service lines by October 16, 2024. We are pleased to report that no lead service lines were found.
Over the past year and a half, the City has been working diligently to identify the materials of both public and homeowner-side service lines. This inventory included:

The inventory was submitted to the Oregon Health Authority on October 4, 2024, in full compliance with the LCRR requirements.
