Hyliion Hybrid Truck Unveiling
A Net-Carbon-Negative Emission Solution
Portland, OR: You’re invited to preview a state-of-the-art hybrid fuel delivery vehicle, utilizing Hyliion battery technology sponsored by Shell Renewable Compressed Natural Gas (RCNG). RCNG can be carbon neutral, and even carbon negative when ran on dairy sourced RCNG. This production captures methane and redirects it away from the environment, repurposing it as a clean, green energy source.
We want to show you how it works! Meet the experts, talk with the driver, and climb inside to see it for yourself. We will have a taco truck and beverages on site.

Historically, diesel truck engines have outperformed those engines powered with fuel alternatives. But this new technology represents an opportunity. These hybrid trucks have the potential to haul heavier weight and handle the steeper grades. By converting diesel-powered trucks into Compressed Natural Gas vehicles, we can essentially reduce carbon emissions by half.
