Downtown College Place Association Launches New Improvement Matching Grant (Photo) - 09/24/26

The Downtown College Place Association (DCPA) is excited to launch a new Downtown Improvement Matching Grant designed to support local businesses, property owners, and eligible organizations investing in the College Place downtown corridor.

The grant provides up to $1,000 in reimbursement funding for approved projects that help make downtown College Place more welcoming, attractive, and vibrant. Eligible projects may include exterior painting, signage, awnings, lighting, windows, landscaping, benches, storefront improvements, and other enhancements.  The program is open to eligible applicants located along the College Avenue downtown corridor, from “C” Street to Highway 125.

“This is really about investing in the people and businesses that make College Place special,” said a Downtown College Place Association board member. “Small improvements can make a big difference, and we want to encourage our community to continue investing in a downtown we can all be proud of.”

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, allowing businesses and property owners to apply when they are ready to move forward with a project.
