A brilliant teacher at CIVA Charter High School earns recognition.  The Ent Credit Union has awarded Krasi Daskalov with the Teacher of the Month Award.  Mr. Daskalov was nominated by the parents of CIVA to earn this award.  The parents are appreciative of his gifts of inspiring students to fall in love with History.  This recognition is accompanied with a $6,500 bonus from the Ent Credit Union.

This award follows Haley Wolfe, who has taught Math at CIVA for thirteen years.  She earned the Gazette's Best High School Teacher of Colorado Springs in May.
