NAMES RELEASED: Deputies respond to triple-fatal Canby crash; driver in custody; tips sought (Photo) - 07/11/18

Please reference CCSO Case #18-19360

At approximately 5 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area of S. Dryland Rd. and S. Barnards Rd. in Canby on a report of a single-vehicle traffic crash.

Deputies located the crash scene, which was approximately 10 feet off the roadway. The vehicle -- a Chevy Malibu -- had collided with a tree, shearing the car into two pieces spread approximately 40-50 feet apart.

As a result of the crash, three of the occupants were killed. Next-of-kin notifications have been made, and the deceased have been positively identified as:

  • Anthony Brannock, 37, of Woodburn
  • Nathan Casicato, 24, of Wilsonville
  • Maxime Avgi, 28, of Woodburn

The sole survivor of the crash was the driver, identified as Savannah Lee Perry, 24, address unknown.

Ms. Perry was treated and released at a local hospital and booked into Clackamas County Jail on charges of heroin possession unrelated to the crash. Bail was set at $40,000. Her complete booking info is here: https://web3.clackamas.us/roster/#inmates

Crash-scene photos and a booking photo of Savannah Perry are attached.
