Incident date: 4/16/2026 Alarm Time: 12:19 pm
Description of occupancy: Warehouses
Owner, occupant: Les Schwab Tire
Circumstances found on arrival; actions taken: Working fire inside of a warehouse with some flames visible along structural members.
Injuries, rescues, other information of interest: Due to quick decisive action from firefighting personnel the fire was accessed and contained within 45 minutes of arrival. No injuries were reported.
Responding Apparatus: 2 Structure Engines and 1 Medic from Crook County Fire & Rescue.
Mutual Aid assistance by: Redmond Fire & Rescue – 1 Ladder Truck, Bend Fire 1 Medic for station coverage.
Probable fire cause: Under investigation
