OREGON CITY – New and returning Clackamas Community College students can now apply for CCC Foundation scholarships. One application automatically matches students with the scholarships for which they qualify.
The CCC Foundation raises funds to provide more than $1 million in scholarship awards each year. Nearly 200 scholarships are available for students across all majors, income levels and enrollment categories. On average, one in three applicants receives a scholarship, which is more than $2,500.
“Your scholarship is helping me turn that hope into reality,” a recent scholarship recipient wrote to the CCC Foundation. “It is not just financial assistance; it is an opportunity. It is a reminder that someone sees my potential and is willing to invest in my future. That gives me strength and motivation to keep moving forward even when the journey feels difficult.”
Scholarships are available for students planning to attend CCC to pursue a degree or certificate. Most recipients must enroll in at least six credits each term and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Scholarship opportunities include awards for:
- Career technical and transfer students
- First-generation college students
- Members of military families
- Single parents
- Students pursuing training for specific careers
- Students with financial need
- Students who attended a high school in the CCC district
Applications are due Oct. 14. Award notifications will be sent in November, and funds will be divided between winter and spring terms of the 2026-27 academic year.
Students are encouraged to allow plenty of time to prepare their short-answer responses and complete the application. You can save the application and complete it in stages.
