Vancouver, Wash. – The Clark County Arts Commission is seeking nominations for its Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes an artist, arts educator, or arts advocate who lives or works in the county and has made a significant contribution to local arts and culture. Individuals or groups may be nominated.
To be eligible, a nominee must be:
A nomination packet should include the artist’s relevant biography, name, address and contact information. It must discuss the following topics:
The submission also must include any relevant supplemental materials such as a website, brochures, galleries, studios, books, videos or films or any material that showcases the nominee’s work. Include photographic representations of an artist’s work only if he or she does not have a website.
A nomination also must include the nominator’s name, contact information and three personal references with contact information.
A committee of current commission board members will review the nominations and select a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.
The nomination deadline is Monday, Aug. 1, 2022. The nominating form is on the Arts Commission website, www.clarkcountyartscommission.com. The website will provide further information on the submission of supplemental materials.
