Cause of death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

Manner of death: Homicide

How injury occurred: Decedent shot by other person(s)

 

 

Decedent Name: Maul, John T.  

Decedent Age:  40 Yrs               

Resident of:  Vancouver, WA

 

The opinions listed on the death certificate are as follows:

Cause of death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

Manner of death: Suicide

How injury occurred: Decedent shot himself with handgun
