Benton County Offices Closed on January 16, 2024, Due to Inclement Weather

Corvallis, Oregon - Benton County officials have announced the closure of all County offices on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, due to inclement weather conditions. The decision is based on the current weather outlook, which indicates a significant threat of freezing rain and unfavorable conditions for travel and outdoor activities.

The forecast for Benton County shows more freezing rain expected on Tuesday with cold temperatures persisting.

To ensure the safety and well-being of residents and County employees, all Benton County offices will be closed on Tuesday. This closure aims to mitigate risks associated with hazardous road conditions and potential disruptions to essential services.
