Officers were unable to locate the suspect and his Subaru in the area, but it was spotted on NE 2nd Street and NE Irving around 9:14 pm. The suspect was contacted inside his Subaru and he was taken into custody without incident.  The suspect, Evan Alexander Green, was lodged at the Deschutes County Adult Jail.

A search warrant was served on the Subaru and multiple pieces of mail were in the Subaru belonging to many residents throughout Bend.  Other items were located inside the vehicle that are possibly stolen.
