Narrative:

On February 2nd, 2020 at approximately 1941 hours officers from the Bend Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery near NE Butler Market Rd / NE Ross Rd. During the initial investigation, officers were able to identify Xadde Chisholm as a person of interest and confirm he was present during the robbery. Bend Officers determined the robbery occurred in a nearby parking lot.

Detectives with the Bend Police Department, Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Team and an Officer with the Sunriver Police Department used various investigative techniques to determine Chisholm and the second suspect, identified on February 5th as Cole Speirs, conspired together to commit the robbery.

On February 5th at approximately 1515 hours Detectives with assistance from the Patrol Division contacted Speirs and Chisholm near NE 8th St and NE Greenwood Ave in Bend.  Both subjects were contacted in Speirs’ vehicle and taken into custody without incident.  Evidence from the robbery was recovered during their arrest. Both subjects were transported to the Bend Police Department for further investigation and are expected to be lodged at the Deschutes County Jail on the above listed charges.
