On February 5th, at about 10:27 AM, Bend Police Officer responded to an address on Viking Ct. for a domestic dispute.  The victim, Jennine Marcy, advised responding officers that her estranged husband (Isaiah Marcy) was at the residence, which was a violation of his probation. She further advised that he had attempted to take her phone while she called 911.  The male left the residence in a vehicle prior to officers’ arrival.  A Bend Police Officer located Isaiah’s vehicle driving in the area of Boyd Acres Rd.  The police officer attempted to stop the vehicle, but the suspect sped away. Officers did not pursue the suspect because the suspect was driving dangerously.  As the suspect fled from police, he drove on the sidewalk and struck a power box at the intersection of Empire and Black Powder ln.  No power outages were reported and all power lines were still intact.  Pacific Power crews were dispatched to repair the damaged power box.  Isaiah Marcy also caused damage by driving within the landscaping in front of the Escena Apartments on Empire.

The suspect vehicle was last observed by officers in the area of East View Ln. Officers received information Isaiah Marcy had been living in a camp in the Juniper Ridge area.  Officers checked the area on foot and with the use of a UAS, but the suspect or the suspect vehicle were never located.
