Narrative:

On October 27, 2018 at approximately 2:02am, the Bend Police Department and Bend Fire Department were dispatched to a solo vehicle crash that just occurred in the area of Skyliners Road and NW Flagline Drive. 

Upon arrival, Officers located a passenger car off of the roadway and high-centered on a large rock.  Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle, Trey Braceline, who was determined to be driving under the influence of intoxicants and subsequently arrested.  Passenger Diala Villavicenzio was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries by Fire Personnel.  Passenger Jordan Frystak was transported to St. Charles Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries. 

Speed and alcohol were the contributing factors in this crash.
