Beaverton Police Investigating Second Fatal Motorcycle Crash In A Week

On September 17th, 2026, at approximately 4:20 p.m., Beaverton Police responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a 2025 Toyota Camry on SW Cascade Avenue between SW Hall Boulevard and SW Scholls Ferry Road.
The motorcycle rider, a 64-year-old man from West Linn, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. He later died from his injuries. The driver of the Toyota Camry is cooperating with the investigation.
Beaverton police officers and members of the Washington County Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team (CART) responded to the scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
