Male Arrested For Compelling Prostitution Of A Minor (Photo) - 06/17/19

On June 6, 2019 Beaverton Police detectives arrested 32-year-old Uriel Alberto-Toledo, from Grants Pass, for Compelling Prostitution.

BPD detectives, in an undercover capacity, replied to a prostitution advertisement from an online source.  Detectives know this online source is commonly used by traffickers, providers and johns for prostitution related activities.  Detectives contacted Mr. Alberto-Toledo after he dropped off a 17-year-old minor victim at the location set for the prostitution date.  Mr. Alberto-Toledo was taken to Washington County Jail.

Evidence in this case was presented to a Washington County Grand Jury on June 13th.  The Grand Jury indicted Mr. Alberto-Toledo with Compelling Prostitution of a Minor (Measure 11) and two counts of Promoting Prostitution.

If you suspect human trafficking, please contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline 1-888-373-7888 or your local police department.
