Early Morning Arson. Tips Sought (Photo) - 03/16/18

On March 16, 2018 at 6:00 AM Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue personnel requested our assistance investigating a suspicious car fire in the 5800 block of SW Erickson Ave. A 2006 Subaru Legacy had caught fire near an apartment building causing damage to the building and completely destroying the interior of the car.

Officers and fire investigators are investigating the fire as an arson. An unidentified person was seen in the area just prior to the fire starting and it is suspected they intentionally started the fire. No one was injured.

Beaverton Police Department and TVF&R are seeking leads in this case. If anyone has information regarding the fire or any suspect information please call 503-629-0111 and speak to a Beaverton Police officer.
