The Albany Fire Department supports an annual Toy Drive supporting children in Linn County DHS programs.  You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy to one of five Albany Fire Stations, Albany City Hall, or South Pacific Auto Sales.  A list of age appropriate toys can be found at Each fire station has an external phone or doorbell the public can use to contact firefighters at the station.  City Hall is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  South Pacific Auto Sales is open daily; Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Last year's toy drive benefitted over 250 children.  The Department also supports toy purchases by spending $1,000 dollars from the Albany Firefighter Community Assistance Fund, AFD's 501c3, which supports community members in need.
