Jefferson begins budget cycle with community input opportunity - 02/20/15
The Jefferson School District Budget Committee is seeking public input as it begins shaping the budget for the coming school year. District staff, patrons and community members are invited to join the budget committee Monday, February 23, 2015, at 6:30 in the high school commons, to help identify fiscal priorities for the 2016 Budget. In addition to the opportunity for public input, a brief overview of the budget development and approval process will be provided.

by the Monday before the meeting. Audience time is provided at each meeting for community input on agenda items. Audience members addressing the board will be asked to sign in. Except for during executive sessions, meetings are open to the public. Currently, an executive session is planned to follow regular session pursuant to ORS 162.996(2)(i) to evaluate the superintendent.
