All Hands Raised Announces Morgan Day as New CEO (Photo) - 04/05/24

All Hands Raised (AHR) is proud to announce Morgan Day's appointment as its new Chief Executive Officer. With an extensive community-building, partnership management, and advocacy background, Morgan brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Throughout her career, Morgan Day has been a dedicated advocate for addressing systemic inequality and empowering changemakers. Her commitment to centering the voices of those most impacted has been a guiding principle in her work, making her an ideal leader for All Hands Raised mission to help all students succeed.

In her previous role as Director of Global Youth Programs & Partnerships at The World Food Prize Foundation, Morgan spearheaded youth-centered initiatives on an international scale, emphasizing STEM skill-building, mentorship, and partnership creation to advance young leaders in addressing global food security challenges.

Morgan has also played pivotal roles in local community advocacy, notably with the Santa Fe Food Policy Council and New Mexico Food and Agriculture Policy Council. Her efforts in legislative advocacy have resulted in tangible successes, including supporting tribal food sovereignty and securing funding for vital food programs in New Mexico.

As an Adjunct Instructor at Portland State University, Morgan has contributed to shaping the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems, further demonstrating her commitment to youth empowerment and education.
